Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Heron Foods, 12-18 Bridgeway Centre, Meadows, Nottingham, NG2 2JD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment or online at www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
