B B Zoo Ltd hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:- Peak Wildlife Park, Nr, Winkhill, Staffordshire, ST13 7QR.
Licensable activities applied for:-
• Provision of plays and films, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to music and dance (indoors and outdoors):- Every day:- 09:00 - 23:00
• Supply of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises):- Every day:- 09:00 - 23:00
• Opening hours applied for:- Every day:- 09:00 - 23:30
A Register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ by appointment between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here: http://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/443/Current-licence-applications
A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 15 August 2025.
