NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Mr Kanthasami Kantharupan has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of KSSP Food & Wine, 132 Queens Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5LG The application is to: Change the hours for the sale of alcohol from Monday-Saturday 08:00-23:00; Sunday 10:00- 22:30 & Christmas Day 12:00-15:00 & 19:00-22:30 to Monday-Sunday 06:00-00:00 and to add opening hours of premises Monday-Sunday 06:00-00:00

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA

A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address by midnight on 21st August 2025

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000
