What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando's Restaurant, 15 Montrose Way, Liverpool L13 1AE. The application includes the following terms:- 

1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday. 

2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday. 

Any person wishing to view details of the application may contact Liverpool City Council on 0151 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application or follow the link liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations (www.liverpool.gov.uk) 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH at any time up to and including 26th August 2025. 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. 

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
