What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Mansfield District Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the William IV at 210 Stockwell
Gate, Mansfield, NG18 5QE. The application includes the
following terms:- 1. To extend the hours for the sale of
alcohol on Saturdays and Sundays to 08:00 to 01:00
2. To extend the hours for Regulated Entertainment (as
specified in the application) on Saturdays and Sundays to
08:00 to 01:00. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road
South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 7BH
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at any
time up to and including 26 August 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
