What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application for a Premises Licence to be granted; PRESTON NORTH END, SIR TOM FINNEY WAY, DEEPDALE, PRESTON, PR1 6RU.
We, PRESTON NORTH END Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The licence is to allow the following Licensable Activity: To provide Sale of Alcohol – On & Off Site, Performance of Plays, Exhibition of Films, Performance of Live Music, Provision of Regulated Entertainment, Provision of Regulated Entertainment, Performances of Dance: SUN-THU: 1000-0000 & FRI & SAT: 1000-0100.
Late Night Refreshment: SUN-THU: 2300-0000 & FRI & SAT: 2300-0100.
PREMISES OPENING HOURS: SUN-THU: 1000-0030 & FRI & SAT: 1000-0130.
In all cases: Outdoors activities will finish at midnight every day British Summer Time: Licensable activities extended by 1 hour On Bank Holiday Sundays including Easter - To be treated as Saturday night timings. New Years Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to start of permitted hours on New Years Day.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.


Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in
writing and must be made no later than August 19th 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
