What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress Limited has
applied to Crawley Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
PizzaExpress, Unit 3(a), Crawley Leisure Park, Crawley,
RH10 8LR. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are: 1. Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music)
(internal and external) from 08:00 until 00:00 Monday to
Sunday. 2. Provision of Late Night Refreshment (both
indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:00 Monday to
Sunday. 3. The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on
and off the premises) from 08:00 until 00:00 Monday to
Sunday. 4. Opening hours of the Premises are 08:00 until
00:30 Monday to Sunday. Please see the application for full
details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Team
Leader, Health Safety and Licensing, Crawley Borough
Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ

28th August 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
