What is proposed?

Public Notice Of Application Application For A Premises Licence (Section 17, Licensing Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given that Naymul Hoque has applied to Brentwood Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Nirvana Indian Cuisine, 72 High Street, Ingatestone, CM4 9DW

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, along with the provision of the following licensable activities:
Live music - 10:00-23:00
Recorded music - 10:00-00:00
Late night refreshment - 10:00-00:00

The proposed hours for all licensable activities are:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 00:30.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at: Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY, or by email to licensing@brentwood.gov.uk no later than 20th August 2025.

The record of the application is available for inspection at the Council offices during normal business hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
