What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Old Mill Harvester, Felindre Road, Pencoed, Bridgend, CF35 5HU applied to Rhondda Cynon Taff Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted by the applicant.
All licensable activities, permitted hours and opening hours to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY or email Licensing.section@rctcbc.gov.uk no later than 22 August 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.rctcbc.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
