What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as North Star, 43 The Broadway, Ealing, London, W5 5JN applied to London Borough of Ealing for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol (both on & off sales) and late night refreshment Fridays and Saturdays until 01:00 hours (currently 00:00 hours).
2. To extend the terminal hour for the opening hours Fridays and Saturdays until 01:20 hours (currently 00:20 hours).
3. To amend the New Years Eve non-standard timings for alcohol to include Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Ealing Council, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or via email to licensing@ealing.gov.uk no later than 28 August 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Ealing Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website www.ealing.gov.uk/licences
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
