17 Victoria Street - Application For Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?

Application has been made by Rixx Properties Limited to the Licensing Authority of Derby City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the R Lounge at 17 Victoria Street, Derby, DE1 1ES. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday to 04:00 with the premises closing to the public 30 minutes thereafter. 2. To amend conditions 1, 3 and 5 as specified in the application.
