Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003


Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Central Limited has applied to Maidstone Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC, 95 Week Street, Maidstone ME14 1QX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 03:00 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Maidstone Borough Council, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JQ, or by email to Licensing@maidstone.gov.uk, no later than 28 August 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Maidstone Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.maidstone.gov.uk.


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
