Callum Winsper has applied to temporarily extend the outside area at Bar Hütte 231-233 Deansgate M3 4EN from 13 Oct to 13 Jan only. Description of the proposed variation:

To temporarily extend the outside terrace area on Great Northern Square from the date granted, to end of 13th January 2025 to allow room for a Festive activation throughout November to January.

The area will be controlled by a picket fence and one Entrance from the square with an additional fire escape halfway down the outside area, entrance will be manned by a host, door staff deployed on Friday and Saturdays and other days of the week if large events are on that could impact our business. No extra speakers will be added into the extended space. The build start date will be the 13th October and will trade from 12th November to the 30th December 6pm, the building structure will be taken down and revert back into it’s original area, This will be completed by the 13 th January as in previous years along with a Noise and Event Management plan
