Application for a Premises Licence, Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 440 Hollinwood Avenue, Moston, M40 0AE.

For sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. For further details e-mail premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 27/08/2025

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
