What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Clulow & Co Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Vape Cartelwhich are situated at 160a High Street Blackheath Rowley Regis B65 0DX.

The proposed application is asfollows:

Sales of Alcohol OFF the premises.
Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 23:00

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowinglyor recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
