APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Old Peacock, Elland Road, Leeds LS11 8TU for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the attached plan. The changes include the addition of a ‘trailer bar’ and a self service ‘container bar’ for use on Elland Road Stadium Events only as shown on the plan within the front car park, and updating the plan to show agreed positions of temporary bars and marquee to the rear. To update the premises licence conditions to include, but not limited to, staff training, CCTV, door staff provisions, dispersal policy, challenge 25, and the operation on Elland Road Event days.
