NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Thavam Late Night Shop Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as:
Best One Store which are situated at 29 -30 Market Place Great Bridge Tipton DY4 7EJ
The proposed application is as follows:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the premises & Opening Hours Monday – Sunday 00:00 -23:59 Remove & Replace Conditions , Amend the plan .
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
