LICENSING ACT 2003 

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of North Warwickshire Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Colleague Shop, Aldi Regional Distribution Centre, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2SQ. 

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at North Warwickshire Borough Council Licensing Department, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1DE or by Email: Licensing@northwarks.gov.uk Tel: 01827 719217 at any time up to and including 26th August 2025. 

The application can be viewed at the Council House between the hours of 8am and 4pm Mon-Fri by contacting the Licensing Team. 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
