NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE 

NOTICE is hereby given that Art and Gallery Ltd has applied to Hillingdon Council on 28 July 2025 for the grant of a premises licence at The Gallery Bar, 127-128 High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1DJ. 

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment between the hours of 09:00-00:00 Monday to Wednesday, 09:00-02:30 Thursday, 09:00-03:00 Friday to Saturday and 09:00-01:00 Sunday, with closing half an hour later. The provision of film and live music are proposed from 09:00-00:00 every day.

Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or by email no later than 24 August 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act. 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises and this carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
