APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hilton BevCo Ltd has applied to Cheshire East Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for The retail unit, Red Cow Yard, Knutsford, WA16 6DG

The application is for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment (live music, recorded music, sports), the provision of late night refreshment. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm to 10pm and Thursday and Sunday 12pm to 23:00 and Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 01:00am. The application can be inspected at the offices of Cheshire East Council, Licensing Team Cheshire East Council Regulatory Services and Health C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street Crewe Cheshire CW1 2LL, during normal office hours. A record of the application may also be viewed on the Council's website at https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/business/licensing/alcohol_and_entertainment/premises_licence.aspx.
