NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Juls London Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 28 July 2025 to vary the premises licence at Basement Rear And Ground Floor Part And Mezzanine Part And First Floor 11 Waterloo Place, London, SW1Y 4AU so as to A)Vary the appended plans to regularise a change of layout; B)Extend the permitted hour by one hour to 02:00 Monday to Saturday, limited to basement only; C)Include the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, subject to conditions; D)Include Regulated Entertainment of Recorded Music; and E)Amend, remove and include conditions, as more particularly set out in the application and plans lodged with the Council.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 25 August 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
