PUBLIC NOTICE

Application for the grant of a Time limited Premises Licence. Premises: Romanian Autumn Festival - Milton Creek Country Park Saffron Way Sittingbourne Kent ME10 2EX.

Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours: Date of Event: 14 September 2025 Plays(outdoors) / Live Music (outdoors) / Recorded Music (outdoors) /Sale of alcohol (both on and off sales) 11:00 – 19:00 Proposed Opening Hours Sunday to Saturday 11:00 – 19:00.

Date to make representations by: 25 August 2025. The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
