What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that we, Alexanders Catering Ltd have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Alexanders Deli.

I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises, Monday to Sunday 11:00-23:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 18th August 2025 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
