What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

GRW Drinks Ltd have applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for GRW Drinks, Retail Unit 1, Ground Floor, Bloc, 17 Marble Street, Manchester, M2 3AW as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment between the hours of 12:00 and 01:00 daily, plus 30 minutes dispersal. To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00 daily, plus 30 minutes dispersal. The premises is to open from 09:00. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 21 August 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
