What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Sefton MBC for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Pendle Drive, Litherland, Liverpool, L21 0JN.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s Website at www.sefton.gov.uk.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ any time up to and including 28th August 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
