What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr S Arulampalam has applied for a new premises licence at 140 Hartsbourne Avenue, Liverpool L25 1PZ to allow alcohol sales (for consumption off the premises) 0600 to 2300 hrs daily.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L3 1AH Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 23/8/2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
