What is proposed?

The Licensing Act 2003 

Molik Ahmed does hereby give notice that he has applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at, 59/61 High Street, Stokesley, TS9 5AB, The application is to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises 11:00 - 23:30 each day; the provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music) 23:00 - 24:00 each day and late night refreshment 23:00 - 24:00 each day 

Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section North Yorkshire Council, 3 Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, DL7 8QZ. Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing.ham@northyorks.gov.uk no later than 22nd August 2025. 

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. 

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (Except Bank Holidays) at the above address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or online at http://www.northyorks.gov.uk
