What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Georgica Limited in respect of Premises known as Cambridge Tenpin, 8-12 Cambridge Leisure Park, Clifton Way, Cambridge, CB1 7DY applied to Cambridge City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 

1. To extend the hours for regulated entertainment (indoors) in the form of films, live and recorded music, and the sale of alcohol (on & off premises) to 10:00 - 00:30 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 - 01:30 Friday and Saturday. 

2. To extend late night refreshment (indoors) to 01:30 Friday and Saturday. 

3. To add regulated entertainment in the form of indoor sporting events 10:00-00:30 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00-01:30 Friday and Saturday. 

4. To add and amend nonstandard timings for notable days for licensable activities and opening hours as detailed in the application. 

5. To add conditions and remove outdated conditions attached to the premises licence as detailed in the application. See application submitted to the Council for full details. 

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Cambridge City Council, PO BOX 700, Cambridge, CB1 0JH or via email to licensing@cambridge.gov.uk or via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences no later than 22nd August 2025 stating the grounds for representation. 

The register of Cambridge City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or if it is available on the council’s website - www.cambridge.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
