Core of the Poodle, 26 Market Street, Haverfordwest - Applicstion to vary a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th July 2025 an application has been made to Pembrokeshire County Council for a variation of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of Core of the Poodle, 26 Market Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 1NH and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council’s website www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The variation application is to increase the area for licensable activities including the sale of alcohol & increase the maximum number of patrons to 100.
Any representations, relevant to one or more of the licensable objectives, in respect of the application should be made to Pembrokeshire County Council, Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk .
Representations must be made in writing by 27th August 2025, clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for variation for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
