What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Pembrokeshire County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Grove Hotel at High Street, St Davids, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA62 6SB. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To delete conditions Annex 2 Public Safety 3 - 10, Prevention of Public Nuisance 1 - 2, Credit Sales and Annex 3, 2(a) and 3. 3. To amend Annex 2 Protection of Children condition. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21st August 2025 (www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
