What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that on 23 July 2025, Ei Group Ltd applied to London Borough of Croydon Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises THE GREEN DRAGON CROYDON - 60 High Street, Croydon, Greater London CR0 1NA.

The proposed variation is so that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
Exhibition of films: Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 – 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 10.00 – 02.00

Indoor Sporting events: Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 – 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 10.00 – 02.00

Live Music, Recorded Music and Dance: Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 – 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 10.00 – 02.00

Late night refreshments: Sunday to Wednesday 23.00 – 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 23.00 – 02.00

Supply of Alcohol: Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 – 00.00, Thursday to Saturday 10.00 – 02.00

Please note – this is an application for a shadow licence and is in identical terms to the existing trading licence

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Croydon Council, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk Croydon, CR0 1EA or by email to licensing@croydon.gov.uk no later than 23 Aug 2025 stating the grounds for representations. Acopy of the full application can be viewed by arrangement with the Licensing Authority at the above address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
