What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

Bruntwood Aviva 2 Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for Bar Shrimp (Formerly Giovanni’s), G2 & 3 Faulkner House, Faulkner Street, Manchester M1 4DY as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol and playing of live and recorded music between the hours of 10am and 3am daily (plus 30 minutes dispersal). To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 11pm and 3.30am daily. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 21 August 2025. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
