NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Acca Group Ltd has applied to Cambridge City Council on 28th July 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Townhouse, Unit 50, Grand Arcade, St Andrew’s Street, Cambridge, CB2 3BJ for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 21:00; as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge, CB1 0JH to be received by no later than 28 August 2025 (amended) stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cambridge.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
