Licensing Act 2003: Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Joseph Holt Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for the variation of the Premises Licence for The Shamrock Inn, 17 Bengal Street, Manchester M4 6AQ. The proposed application is to amend the layout of the licensed area in accordance with the submitted plans, and also to replace the current Conditions with those attached to the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 24th August 2025 stating the ground for making said representation to: Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester M60 2LA. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing and following the links.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
