What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

I Sanjeevan Nadeshapillai, Do hereby give notice
that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at
Rother District Council for the variation of premises
licence at 1A Peartree Lane, Bexhill-on-Sea TN39
4PE and known as Finest Mini Mart.
The application is to:- Remove the Condition No.
23 from the Premises Licence.
23. No beer, lager, cider or perry with an ABV over
6.5% or above shall be sold at the premises save
that this shall not apply to premium beer, lager,
cider or perry with an ABV over 6.5% or above
such as craft or speciality brands or brands
produced by a micro-brewery, or brands.
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to Licensing
Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea,
East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction being
unlimited.
