APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION TO A
PREMISES LICENCE

I, AJP Goole Ltd , HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an
application for a Full Variation to a Premises
Licence has been submitted to Burnley Borough
Council in relation to premises known as the
Starkie Arms and situate at 1 Church Street,
Padiham, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 8HF. A brief
description of the variation being sought by the
application being as follows: To amend the plans
which accompany the premises licence and to
remove conditions that are outdated or irrelevant.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations in connection with the
application. Any such representations must be
made in writing and be made no later than 22nd
August 2025 to the relevant Licensing Authority,
the postal address and, where appropriate, the
world wide web address (where the register of the
authority is kept and where the record of the
application may be inspected) being as follows:
