Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Five Marina (South East) Ltd
has applied to Rother District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Lando's, 5 Marina, Bexhill on Sea, TN40 1DA. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The
provision of Recorded Music (indoors only) from 10:00
until 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 until 00:30
Friday and Saturday. 2. The provision of Late-Night
Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:00
Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 until 00:30 Friday and Saturday.
3. The retail sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the
premises) from 10:00 until 00:00 Monday to Thursday,
10:00 until 00:30 Friday and Saturday and 10:00 until 22:30
Sunday. 4. The premises opening hours will be 08:00
until 00:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 08:00 until 01:00
Friday and Saturday. Please see the application for full

August 2025 representations received after this date cannot
be considered. The register of Rother District Council and
the record of the application may be inspected at the address
of the council, given above, during normal business hours
or on the council’s website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false

liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
