Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at Co-op, Willowbrook Park - Local Centre, Kilburn Place, Didcot OX11 9SH (OS grid ref SU2859165) for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday between 07:00-22:00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon OX14 3JE Email: licensing@southoxon.gov.uk by 20 August 2025 The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.southoxon.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
