APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that – Admiral Taverns Piccadilly Limited made application on – 21/07/2025. Postal name / address of premises: Britannia, 36 Wrawby Street, Brigg DN20 8BS. The proposed variation has been submitted to request the extension of Opening Hours and Sale of Alcohol on a Sunday morning only from 11:00am. This application will also request the addition of seasonal timings and nonstandard timings to the current permitted licensable activities as follows: - ADDITIONAL HOUR TO THE STANDARD AND NON-STANDARD TIMES ON THE DAY WHEN BRITISH SUMMERTIME COMMENCES.
TO INCLUDE THE STANDARD HOURS PLUS ONE EXTRA HOUR FOR: ALL BANK HOLIDAYS, CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY, NEW YEAR’S DAY, FROM THE START OF STANDARD TIMING ON NEW YEARS EVE TO THE START OF STANDARD TIMING ON NEW YEARS DAY.
This variation will further request the removal of the following condition currently stipulated under Annex 2) -Public Safety:- Dancing shall not take place on the premises at any time.
A responsible authority/any other person may make representation in writing to: Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council’s Licensing Division” stating the grounds of objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
