What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Ozcan Urel has applied to Dorset Council to vary a premises licence in respect of Cafe Aroma Verwood, The Gables, Verwood, BH31 7AQ to: 1. Extend the area covered by the licence into the shop next door 2. Extend the hours of operation with opening hours Mon to Sat 8.30am - 10pm, Sunday 9.00am to 5.00pm and alcohol sales Mon to Sat Midday to 9.30pm and Sunday noon to 5.00pm.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
