Take notice that Barton upon Humber Town Council have made an application 24 th July 2025. Barton Upon Humber Town Council Assembly Rooms, Queen Street, Barton upon Humber, DN18 5QP for the Barton Upon Humber Outdoor Christmas Festival. Situated in the Town Centre (Queen Street, George Street, King Street and the High Street). For the said premises to be used for the purposes of an Annual Outdoor Christmas Festival held in Barton upon Humber.
Event Opening Date and Times: 29 th November 2025, 09:00 to 20:00
Performance of Live Music: 09:00 to 20:00
Playing of Recorded Music: 09:00 to 20:00
Performance of Dance: 09:00 to 20:00
Entertainment Similar to the Above: 09:00 to 20:00
A Responsible authority or any other person may make representation in writing to: Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council’s Licensing Division”. stating the grounds of objection.

The application setting out the full details can be viewed by appointment at Church Square House, 09:30hrs to 16:30hrs Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
