What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE OF APPLICATION on 22 July 2025 to Newcastle City Council for the grant of a premises licence by Kraven Coffee Company Ltd in respect of 59 High Street, Gosforth NE3 4AA to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (1100 – 2200hrs Monday to Sunday).

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH.

Representations must be received by 19August 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£unlimited).
