What is proposed?

I Timothy Vigus give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Padstow Harbour Commissioners Park and Display Carpark, Riverside, Padstow, PL28 8BY.
The application is to : Permit the following licensable activities during Padstow Christmas Fayre:   The sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Live music and recorded music (amplified) Plays and performances of dance These activities are proposed to take place each day from 10:00 to 20:00 over a four day period annually to be held in November or December each year. This year’s event would take place Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th December 2025.    
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 25 August 2025  

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.  Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.   

]Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210   It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
