Alcohol sale for off-site consumption

Monday–Sunday 7:00–23:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to:

Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building,

Roman Road Industrial Estate,

Blackburn BB1 2LX,

or by email: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk

by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.

The full application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment made on 01254 267666) between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday–Friday, or at the Council’s website: www.blackburn.gov.uk

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
