I, Marmalade Coffee and Home, make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of 89 Broadway, Leigh On Sea SS9 1PE.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are.
Supply of Alcohol for Consumption on the Premises Mon - Wed & Sun: 11:00 - 16:30, Thu - Sat: 11:00 - 23:00. Indoor Acoustic live music Thu - Sat 19:30 - 22:30. Indoor recorded music Mon - Sun 08:00 - 22:30.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 12/08/2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mon to Fri. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
