Does hereby give notice that on 21 July 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, for a Variation to the Premises Licence at: ‘Georgi Fin’, 54 Goring Road, Worthing, BN12 4AD.
The licence currently authorises alcohol ‘on & off’ sales 11:00hrs to 21:30hrs Tuesday – Sunday.
The application seeks to vary the existing licence to:
 Change of the venue’s name to ‘The Fynn’
 Extend the days & hours for Alcohol sales to:
o 11:00hrs to 22:00hrs Monday - Thursday
o 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs Friday & Saturday
 Extend the terminal time for the use of the
outside pavement forecourt to 22:00hrs each day.
All other terms of licence to remain unchanged
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and email to:

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 18 August 2025

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
