Notice of application for a new premises licence
Notice is hereby given that Greville Boot has applied to Lichfield District
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises
known as: Grevilles, High Street, Chasetown, Burntwood WS7 3XE
The application is for the following licensable activities to take place
throughout the entire ground floor (downstairs) of the premises:
The sale of alcohol (on and off the premises)
The provision of live music
The provision of recorded music
These activities are proposed to take place during the following times:
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00am to 12:00 midnight
Friday and Saturday: 10:00am to 1:00am (plus 30 Minutes disbursal)

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of this application
must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or via
email to
no later than midnight 21 August 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
