What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given Susan Doyle has made an
application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing
Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the
premises known as: Café Sorella, 128 Street Lane
Gildersome Morley Leeds LS27 7JB
I intend to conduct on or from the premises the
following licensable activities: On sales of alcohol
Monday to Sunday inclusive 11.00 to 23.00.
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within
the meaning of the Act) may make written
representations to Leeds City Council about this
application until which should be sent by 13th
August 2025 to the following address: Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds,

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
