What is proposed?

Notice of application to Grant a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that LNL FOOD LIMITED has applied to Lancaster City Council to grant a Premises Licence in respect as TORA RAMEN, 19 DALTON SQUARE, LANCASTER, LA1 1PL (the premise).
The proposed granting is to permit the premise in accordance with plans of the application to selling alcoholic drinks within the licensing hours Monday to Sunday 12:00- 22:30 at the premise only.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Manager, Lancaster City Council, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF, or by email to:

by no later than 13th August 2025
