in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 19 August 2025 stating the grounds
for making said representation to: Licensing Team, City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St. Peter’s Square,

held at the above offices or online on

It is an offence,
under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
